Free Form Guidelines
Attitude and Respect
Free Form Dance Academy encourages independence, creative growth, and cooperation of staff and students. This environment nurtures skill and creativity. Students are expected to embrace this mentality and be ambassadors of the studio.
All dancers are expected to arrive on time and ready for their classes. Students are expected to show respect to each other and their instructors. FFDA prides itself on a a positive classroom atmosphere.

AttendanceAll dancers are expected to attend their designated classes every week. If your child is sick or unable to attend, please call and notify the studio. A student may miss NO MORE THAN 6 CLASSES during the year. Make-up classes are offered for the Pre-Ballet/Beginner/and some Intermediate levels. These are only available Sept-Nov and April-May due to performance choreography prep. Please contact the studio to request a make-up class.

Dress RehearsalAll dancers are REQUIRED to attend dress rehearsal.
Students must remain at Monty Tech until they have rehearsed all dances they are participating in, including the Finale. Once a student has completed all of the above, they may leave rehearsal. Failure to participate in Dress Rehearsal will result in removal from the performance. There are no exceptions. |
Picture DayPicture Day occurs each season at the beginning of May. Picture Day attendance is requested of all students.
We recommend that all students attend Picture Day to be part of the group photos. These photos are displayed by the studio at the annual performance as well as on the studio website. Packages and Pricing will be available in the Spring of 2022. |
